PRIVATE YOGA SESSIONS
I am available to curate a practice for you or your small group that is accessible and enjoyable in a non-judgmental space. Private sessions are helpful for those who prefer a specifically designed practice that fits into your schedule. Yoga can help to free up physical limitations, relieve stress, reduce insomnia, resolve chronic pain, and assist with injury recovery, surgeries, and the aging process. Included are physical postures, breathwork, and meditation.

WORKSHOPS
I offer workshops in a variety of practices that can be from 2 hours in length to classes as in-depth as a full weekend of practice, or several days over the course of a few weekends. Some of the coursework my students have enjoyed in the past is a Beginner's Yoga Series, Supporting Your Practice with Props, Yoga and the Power of Breath, and Restorative Yoga with a Sound Healing Immersion. If you are interested in something specific please reach out, I can come to your studio space to share these nuggets of wisdom with your students or group.

RETREATS
I have been leading retreats in the Southeast as well as abroad since 2010. My absolute favorite method of immersing students in a transformational experience is to spend several days together, away from all the distractions of daily life, in locations that foster soul nourishment. If you already have a group that you would like to travel with, I am happy to curate an experience that manifests your vision in the location of your choosing.
